This privacy policy governs your use of the software application FLIPPIT! (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by ArchiDesign Studios, LLC. The Application is a real estate investment, aka house flipping simulation game.  It contains homes that are posted for virtual sale, in which a user can purchase the homes and remodel them to satisfy the potential needs of the user.

In running and maintaining this application we may collect and process the following data about you:

i.                    Information about your use of our app including details about your activity such as screens viewed and the resources that you access.  Such information includes traffic data, location data and other communication data.

ii.                  Information provided voluntarily by you.  For example, when you register for information or make a purchase.

iii.                Information that you provide when you communicate with Flippit! by any means.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information 

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with us.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  1. as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

  2. in the event that ArchiDesign Studios, LLC sells any or all of business to the buyer.

  3. when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

  4. to provide information to you that you request from us relating to our products or services.

  5. to provide information to you relating to other products that may be of interest to you.

If you have previously purchased goods or services for ArchiDesign Studios, LLC, we may provide to you details of similar goods or services that you may be interested in.
